When we began working with Trippl, they were known as Pilot Tech - a rapidly growing technology services business whose brand was beginning to constrain their growth ambitions. Their name was creating confusion, with many assuming they developed aviation software. In reality, they specialised in digital transformation for medium to large organisations, particularly in the financial sector.

A completely new identity was needed to clearly position the business for its target customers and support effective outbound sales initiatives.

Trippl, the new name we developed, reflects the three core pillars behind any successful digital transformation: technology, internal capability and a client committed to change. These are expressed in the identity through three chevrons increasing in scale, moving from the current state through to the future state - representing the momentum and transformation Trippl creates for its clients.

Paired with a bold sans serif wordmark, a distinctive colour palette, new messaging and a graphic system derived from the brand mark, the new identity firmly positions Trippl within the corporate technology sector. Alongside the identity, we also designed and developed Trippl’s website - creating a clear platform to communicate their offering and support both inbound enquiries and proactive business development.

With stronger positioning and clearer appeal to their target clients, Trippl is now opening doors that were previously out of reach and delivering major technology projects across New Zealand and Australia.
